The excitement began early at the official F1 Launch Party. We helped transform the Linq Promenade into a hub of fan activity with a massive, eye-catching video wall that broadcasted dynamic race content. Our team also supported a vibrant pop-up installation, ensuring every visual and audio element was perfectly synchronized to build anticipation for the days ahead. The combination of brilliant lighting and crisp audio set the stage for the entire race weekend.

 

Powering Paddock Productions and Exclusive Parties

Behind the scenes, we delivered critical production elements to ensure everything ran smoothly. For an XD Agency event at the F1 Paddock, our crew provided essential event staging, a state-of-the-art video wall, powerful audio systems, and teleprompters, guaranteeing a seamless presentation for all involved.

The party continued at the Park MGM, where we helped bring the “Jack’s Garage” event to life for Jack Daniel’s at On the Record. This exclusive experience required a full suite of our services, including staging, audio, and another stunning video wall, creating an electrifying atmosphere for guests.

Finally, we were honored to support the next generation of drivers by providing specialized sports signage and paddock lighting for the F1 Academy. Our lighting design highlighted the area and ensured these rising stars had a professional and highly visible platform.
